My 12th wedding anniversary was this past weekend and I just thought I would post a little something about marriage.  Its such an amazing gift to find the one true love and make the HUGE decision to spend the rest of your life with someone.  I did that 12 years ago after realizing that the boy in 8th grade who chased me around everywhere was the most incredible human being i had ever known and AMAZINGLY he was (is) THE ONE!  LIfe, love and marriage can pose a lot of challenges, but getting thru the drama and looking at your hearts investment and sacrafices into one another is worth working on daily.  After living in San Francisco, New York, Boston and Detroit, 3 incredibly gorgeous children, many sleepless nights changing diapers, 3 houses, lots of tears and difficult days and months, amazing blessed days filled with joy and laughter…I continue to know that the person I married 12 years ago is still the most amazing human being I have ever known and I’m so thrilled to have shared so many years with him.   Happy Anniversary Woody!  I can’t wait to share this journey with you for always!

US FEBRUARY 1996 SAN FRANCISCO!

So I don’t often share images of my personal life and I thought “why not?” I guess I get to know alot about my clients and they don’t often get to know about me, so thought I’d share a fun day we had this weekend! I have 3 kids and my baby Julian James turned 4 this past weekend. He is the most precious boy and is OBSESSED with trains! He has been since he was 1 year old. So we decided to themeout the party this year and go all aboard. This birthday was a big deal because according to our 11 and 8 year old when you turn the age of your birthdate this is commonly referred to as your GOLDEN birthday. I had never heard of it. So we wrapped the presents in golden paper.

Then we went to ride the REAL Thomas the Tank Engine (big with the under 6 circuit) at Greenfield Village. He was speechless! He couldn’t contain the emotion!

Then we headed home to hang with friends and family, have yummy THOMAS Baskin and Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip cake and then for the biggest suprise of all, our own personal train arrived at our curbside and took us ALL on rides around the block for the afternoon. We finished the day making track designs with all the NEW stuff that Jules got for presents. Thank you to everyone who was there and helped with all the fun chaos. We love you all!

Slideshow of our day, with a little diddy that Julian recorded recently with the help of Daddy and Garageband! Click here to see and HEAR it!
